.my 26th birthday.

So..call me a birthday nazi but im kinda over birthdays. Im all about celebrating others but for some reason when it comes to myself its just a bit weird. I definitely was not always like this so it must just be the fear of getting older. This year I just had a simple dinner at an old favorite of mine, Red Robin. It was a really fun night with lots of laughs. Thank you to all that came out and celebrated me, and an especially big thanks for doing so mid-week on a wednesday. So blessed with the most amazing friends a girl could ask for :)

I'm beyond excited to announce that Bob got into the masters program at Cal State University Fullerton for Speech and Language Pathology !!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been the longest challenge/adventure ever and we put all of our eggs in one basket hoping and praying he would get in and by the grace of god he did! Bob has shown so much discipline, dedication, and determination. I could never have worked as hard as he did and I am so VERY proud of him. Congrats schneid and welcome to the big leagues. The best is yet to come.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Not only because it is centered around food but also because it slows us down to remember all that we are blessed with in our lives. We had a little gathering with my mom in our cozy apartment. And for the first year I cooked our little turkey in the crockpot. omg, it was AMAZING. so tender and completely low maintenance I don't think ill ever be able to go back. Plus it didn't turn my kitchen into a sauna. We stuffed ourselves silly and enjoyed my fav almond champagne. Who could have asked for more? Hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving too!

Hi friends. We are the Schneider's and I decided to start this blog so that we would remember and capture all the wonderful moments in our blessed lives. We got married January 23, 2010 and are coming up on our two year anniversary. While it feels like time is going so very fast the hope is that with this blog we will be able to capture and remember all the moments of our lives. {the good along with the bad} And when we look back and wonder where all the time went....well now we will know. Enjoy this little glimpse into our lives.
