how we met {from bob's perspective}

how we met
In the beginning I had recently moved back, from Southern California, to my home in Northern California. Fortunately for Suzanne, I had left a bunch of my furniture in a storage locker down South. This meant, eventually, I would be returning to Los Angeles County to move out the things I had left behind. While I was down there I attended a rather big "get together" and with the help of a mutual friend, I met Suzanne. She was "talking" to another guy at the time, who was conveniently bugging her to hang out that night (via text messaging), so I skillfully stole her cell phone away. This way she was all mine for the night of September 30th 2006 and I was able to ensure that we would hit it off. Which, obviously, we did. :)

the dating game {from suz's perspective}

the dating game
The dating story with Bobby and I is definitely different than the rest. After initially meeting on that one fateful night we spent time together for two more days before he needed to return up north. Bobby did not even have a cell phone at the time so I didn't know if our meeting was just going to be a random fling or something more. Once he got back home we continued to talk and he eventually got a cell phone so we could talk even more. On October 8, 2006 a mere 8 days later we became official. That started our first year of long distance dating. We traveled back and forth and developed a close bond with southwest airlines, seeing each other once a month if we were lucky. Finally, about a year later he moved down south into a house with some friends and we were actually able to see if we could continue to have our relationship grow in the same city!

She said YES! {July 4, 2008}

She said YES!
The night that we met Bobby and I went to a park and played on a playground. So, of course Bobby saw that it would be fitting to propose at a park. He brought wine, cheese, and Bella. When he got down on one knee he started talking and my eyes starting tearing. I wish I could remember anything he said but sadly my head was too busy saying "O MY GOSH! O MY GOSH! O MY GOSH!" That I didn't hear much besides "Will you marry me?" I said "YES!!!" Then I proceeded to get upset because I couldn't see the ring because my eyes were full of tears! haha!It was a wonderful beginning to the rest of our lives.
