We finally closed on our new home January 18, 2013. It was quite the adventure to say the least. Short sales are a pain and require a ton of patience and prayer. I still can't believe that it is real. We are the proud homeowners of our very first condo. Here are some celebration pictures. More pictures of the place to follow in another post.
